So do I. BBS RE's I've often wondered why they don't show up on more cars - all the more reason to be interested. If they were only 17's.

Default Carbon Fiber Wheels

Well, If no one else is going to ask, I will:

Bob,

Sportbikes have had carbon fiber wheels available for several years. Have you done any work in this regard?

I'd put in a vote for Fikse Mach V - I'm saving up my allowance for a set of these.

Here's how they look on a 964 in 18x9.5(R) 8"(F) with 265(R) 245(F) MPC2's... those are 17x7"(F) 8.5"(R) OEM Boxster twists on Slappys car..

They are like new with an almost new set of conti sport contacts 2 Ns with factory balance. 17x 7&9s ET 50 F 55 R
I think they would look great on your car.

Are those the right offsets for a 964?

Gary R, "Fikse Mach V",....Marc shaw was right, and you've got them! I'll remember that, really looking good, nice contrast to the dark met. blue, perhaps looking good, but are they easy to live with, do they scratch, are you able to clean the black break dust/humidity off as easy as Cup 1's being almost mat in finish. I can only imagine there's more to do after washing them, I have yet to see this new generation of "shine" where I live, so I'm a little bit backwards. I'm just a jealous guy, I love your wheels!.....MarcA.

I have a set of the 996 10-spoke rims mounted on my 93 C2. They will fit but I had a slight rub on the inside of the rear tires.

You might concider a 3-4mm spacer if your lugs are long enough..looks like the fronts could come out some too. My buddy has Boxster wheels on his and they could also be out more but he needs longer lug bolts, he is just getting a full nut (switched to steel) on them as-is..
