HVAC AIR FLOW IS LIMITED
HELLO AGAIN:
My 90 964 HVAC fans seem to be working but very little air is moving.
When I push the large snowflake button to max the flow the fuse blows.
Could this be a vent gate problem? I checked the fans and they seem to be working as I get some cold air out of all of the vents on the regular setting and can hear blower noise on the high setting.
I did locate a thread discussing Blower replacement and this looks like a PITA.
ANY SUGGESTIONS ?

If the fuse blows when heat is selected it's probably the rear blower. May very well have siezed - it's not an unusual problem and it means you need a new motor. Removing the rear blower is pretty easy - a couple of bolts and a pipe or two.

UPDATE TO AIRFLOW ISSUE
Well I fixed the problem
The two Blower Motors in the front needed to be replaced.
Also the Control unit that is in the Dash was defective. I traded for a another used unit from a car that had damage so I am good to go.
Tks
