Actually guys......it's a point MISTAKEN
I AM AND HAVE BEEN A PAID RENNLIST MEMBER FOR YEARS. #3318.
I've been on the 951 board and have started to look into a 964 and would like some help. I have located a potential car in Vermont and would really like some help from anyone who could have a look at it or suggest a shop for a PPI.
Thanks to anyone who can help,

David, where in VT is it?
Depending on which city the car is in, I may not be more than an hour or so away.
Send me a PM if no one closer offers help.
Also, consider The Automaster for a PPI. They have always treated me well over there.

Bahhumbug to you :-) I am friendly too. It was an incongruous situation. Glad the situation is being rectified.

p.s. You might not want to post personal info like your e-mail and phone number as this is a public forum and you might just get spammed or worse......your car might get stolen as the bad guys will be able to figure out where you (and your p-car) live.

Where in Vermont is the 964 located? I'm in north western Massachusetts so membership or not (we are not as concerned over on this side of the forums) if the car is within reasonable driving distance (i.e. southern Vermont) I could take a look.

Actually, I wrote the owner and asked if he would do a sale based on a PPI which I would arrange and pay for. His response was, "see survey results and description"
The total and complete survey results are, "Survey results: car is in good, original condition and is initially valued at $19,000. The motor has had no internal work or modification, the clutch is original and in good working order. " That's it.
So i asked again very directly, are you willing to make the sale based on a PPI which I would arrange, and no answer as of yet.
This seems like a good deal, but it's 114k mileage and not an inspiring seller. The background of the photos doens't appear to be someone's house, nor appear to be a dealership, looks like a house trailer in the back with a few cars around and a 2 car garage.
While he has some feedback, he has no BUYER feedback.

Im glad you are ok after the storm . Did you car get wet ?
The car has a jakes front plate and the trailer in the background has a jakes banner . The other item he has for sale ia a 1993 BMW : 5-Series with a jakes plate . He is a dealer .
The car looks good , I like the black over black .
I suggest that you induce JasonAndreas to go have a look see at it . Gas money , breakfast , lunch , dinner , beer and or what ever it takes . He knows a thing or two about the 964s .
