I've got the Eibach, no issues with ride, handle great. Only just had so can't comment on sagging.

I think Rob is right about the H&R's dropping the car by 40mm. I had them fitted on my C4 and was talking with someone at the weekend who commented on how low my car looked compared to others he had seen. When it was lowered the mechanic told me he had taken the car down by 40mm all round but being a C4 this meant the car would bottom out when I had some misfortunate soul crunched up in the back, so we raised the back slightly. Now the car has a definite race car attitude and with the geometry set correctly handles well... even on really bad Berkshire B roads!

Hi 964rh, Just following up on this conversation. Has there been any sagging you have noticed with the Eibach springs? I am having Eibach pro kit + Bilstein B8s installed on my '90 964 C4 currently. I've told the shop to err on side of caution when it comes to ride height as the car will be getting a lot of street use. Any extra thought/comments on this welcomed. Cheers, Dan

I too am curious to hear feedback and how it goes for you. I intend to have springs installed within the month and have been looking at H&R for street use only. I have a '89 C4 with17" 993 cup wheels.

Hi Greg, how long have you had your bilsteins w eibachs on your car? How's the ride by comparison with stock setup? Especially interested on how you find it around town...?

My '92 has Eibach coils. Probably installed 15 years ago. Did new Bilsteins 2 years ago and the car is sooo good on the street and the twisties.
I laughed out loud when I read that 1/4" spring sag would ruin the allignment and corner ballance........

What's so funny about that.:-)) On the other hand, your spelling of "alignment" and "balance", now there is something to laugh at.

Had the Bilsteins w old factory springs on the old car that mishandled itself into a wreck. It is so much better with the Bilsteins and the eibachs. I think it is listed to the perfect height. I read H&R springs lower it another half inch or some ****. Anyways, i think the eibachs and Bilsteins combo is great for a mainly street car. I think it rides great. As far as spelling for me, it's an I phone and I don't give a rats *** to bother to check spelling or any typos. Anyone who doesn't like it can fu(k off. Haha

Where is spell check when I need it ? LOL !
Going from empty fuel to full will change the ride height at least that much. Or from one to two on board...

I have Eibach pro kit springs and Bilstein hd shocks that were installed four years ago. Wasn't a fan of the rising rate springs at first, but got used to them. Also the setup took a little bit of breaking in when everything was new. I love it now.

That said, if like to drive a car with other springs and see/feel the diff..
