Post Ticking noise from distributor?

I have a ticking noise coming from the distributor area. Have changed both distributor caps & rotors & both leads from distributors to coils. Next step is the spark plug leads. Any one else come across this?

Thanks Guys,
Belt was changed at 85,000klms & current mileage is 110,000Klms. (Vent kit fitted). No obvious arcing, even at night in the dark.

Still check the belt. They have been known to slip off.
I would also remove the caps and check the rotor is not impacting anywhere on the inside of the cap. Maybe a small amount of lube would not go astray on the centrifugal weights assembly at the bottom of the assembly.
Ciao,
