Ok, this may breach protocol or just be old news but if any of you have ever loved motor racing take a gander at the Atlas F1 bulletin board. .......and a story I hadn't seen (but loved) is Brian Redman' best Vic Elford anecdote/story? -

1970, the Targa Florio. Small Porsche private dinner. Ferdinand Piech holding forth, when Vic came through the door holding a 908/03 wishbone. Without breaking his stride, Herr Piech said "Is that what broke Herr Elford - or is that all that is left?" !
