Red face How much trouble am I in? Belt Pully bolts

Was changing the belt for the first time since I have owned the car and ran into a problem.

Of the 3 bolts that hold the final pully to the fan, only one will loosen. I am using a 5m hex socket, and I even tried the "tapping it to loosen it" and the penetrating oil tricks. But these bolts seem to be a little bigger than 5m holes. Now the hex socket is about to stip out the holes on two of them, if it hasn't already. Now what? Any help is appreciated!

Thanks

Ed

I also did this last week and if I remember I had to use a open end wrench to get to those nuts because when they are tight a socket would not get enough of a bite on the nut. Thats what worked for me sorry I don't remember what size wrench. Brian

Mine are hex bolts, not nuts... Is this more like the 993?
