Great day yesterday - but then I am happy aslong as the sun is shining. Some great racing, big congrats to Richard Chamberlain in the orange 935......he was SO much faster than anything else on the track. It is amazing to see a car that hauls in a 996 Cup car with ease over 150 metres and then goes round the outside of another at the next bend......I have a few pictures from last year plus another 200 or so from yesterday. Good to see everyone that turned up yesterday - the weather looks great again today so I am sure you will have a good time!

Yep - good to see everyone again. Sunday was the better of the two days - not many people turned up yesterday - only 4 cars on the Reg display (12 or so on Sunday). Feeling a little sun burnt today!!

I'll second Christers veiw on Richard Chamberlain's 935 clone - It was an hour long race, & by half time, it had already lapped the second place car - a heavily modded 996 Turbo with about 700bhp!!

Greg - I hope you find out what's wrong with your engine & it's not as bad as you're expecting!

It was a great day on sunday, great to see everyone. After watching that aforementioned orange monster i now know what Christer was going on about last year. Here's a link to my pictures of the day...

Nice meeting you yesterday Dave, and just a shame there were so few cars on the register area. If I'd known they could have had mine to go on it instead of in the main car park!

That's exaclty what Dave & I were thinking. The club made a ***** up of handing out/allocating the reg display passes. Looking like it won't be at Brands next year either.

Not sure yet, but i've had low pressure (0.2) at idle, and a soft metallic ticking noise from the back under acceleration with a slight loss of power....
I use a guy called Chris, i don't think anyone here knows him, he's an old friend, but he was a 911 cup car mechanic years ago and he knows what he's doing. He's kindly offered to come out to me to check the car (oil pressure etc), will let you all know what he thinks.
