Smokin

My low fuel light flashes from time to time even though the gauge itself works perfectly. It normally only flashes when I get to just above a 1/4 tank and I'm going around a corner or hit a bump. (Makes sense... I'm getting low.)I filled up this morning though and I noticed it would flash every now and then, sometimes even without hitting a bump. I can't imagine the sending unit is bad because the gauge works well. Is there a second sending unit or do I have a bad connection somewhere... maybe a faulty ground? Where would I check?

Any words of wisdom would be appreciated!
