New Tech Articles
I finally got around to putting the information I had on a few projects I did into a form that was usable by Wayne at Pelican Parts to post on the tech section of the web site.
The three I have up are:
Wing Installation – this is on my C2, but is applicable to any 911. This also shows how to disable the dash light and add an additional lid strut to hold the extra weight of the tail.

Blower Motor Replacement on the 964 – something you will be doing soon if you have a 964. This has some must read info to have it come out right – and it will save you a bunch of money in the process.

Gauge Face Replacement on a 74 911 – this is a step by step guide on how to remove your gauges, open them up and replace the black faces with white ones. Even if you don’t care for white faces there are some great gauge pix in this article.

I have also removed the gauges on my C2 to have the faces changed to white. I will post that project as soon as I get them back.
I hope there is info in these articles that can help someone out – I sure have relied on support like this since I have owned my cars. There are more articles at
