EBC Brake Pads
Hi there all,
Anyone here tried the EBC "GREEN STUFF" brake pads which are advertised on the AMD website ( http://www.auto-amd.com/brakes.asp ). Its that time again, I need to replace all four corners, I don't track the car and HATE the brake dust produced by the OEM parts. Anyone got any suggestions for replacements?
Thanks for all comments!

Richard,
You might look at the Axxis/PBR pads, which are dust-free/squeal-free. They make two varieties, one is the "basic" pad and the other is the Metalmaster pad. Plus, compared to some of them, they are real price performers.

I haven't got any practical experience of these but will most probably try them next time I need pads. Let me know what you think!

Richard,
I have used EBC Green Stuff on my ex. 968CS and I was not impressed by the level of dust and especially not by the life of the pads. Brand new pads only lasted some 12 laps of driving on the Nurburgring. Switched to Red Stuff which last longer but are much harder on the discs. They offer more friction and that results in higher temp, resulting in what I call "leopard spots" or heat stain/spots on the discs.
Perhaps EBC Black is a good option!?
Ciao,
Johannes E.

I've tried them to and think they at least last longer than stock pads and offer more friction. But there is a lot of dust. After one track day they were not very worn but we run shorter stints than on the Ring. This winter tough I upgraded to turbo brakes front and rear, so now I'll try blue Pagids instead.
