Sounds fun.
Needs to have some sort of competitive element for it to be a rally (otherwise its just a bunch of guys from a forum going to Europe)..for example a points system for various achievements? Biggest Vmax, best 'ring time, most money lost in a Casino, dirtiest car..

From my POV that the attraction to these things comes from the flavour of risque-ness (of course that's a word!), but then you get into all sorts of personal liability stromash, as organiser, of course. I guess what I mean is, Gumball to me is all about daring-do, rather than lines of cars at beauty spots..driving a bunch of 964's to Africa is pretty daring, granted!
