Looks much nicer than the basic dirty gray fan. I think I would have liked red a bit more, but the yellow is nice.

Default got instructions

I agree- the yellow is a bit much on the red car; red fan may have better complimented the engine bay.

I'd like to do mine also, but I may have it ceramic coated instead of paint. I'd like to know how difficult it was to get the fan off and back on.

Tough call between red and yellow. I might have gone with red since the car is red, but yellow looks good too. It might be "too red" otherwise, so who really knows?

I want to paint my fan badly, but I can't decide the color. If you end up wanting another color for any reason, I'll just take your yellow one and you can have my gray one for a repaint! That saves me a decision! haha.

Lol.

Trade eh,

yes I couldn't decide, but eventually went with Yellow, out of too much red.....It seemed to fit as all the service items are Yellow, so it just seemed logical.

My car is also guards red and want to do something with the fan - was the job easy to tackle ?
Has anyone gone for the highly polished option and if so where and how much ??

Love the fact that you have had the 'bottle' to go for it , well done

Cheers

Looks great. I am thinking of some yellow on my Guards red 964 as well. Maybe brake calipers like the Cayman.

So, what the link for all of us who you've inspired to do this too?
