Does that bolt on the top of the engine? And, if so, what's the theory behind the 5 hp boost?

What is it made out of? How does it work? If you don't mind sharing.

The actual piece is machined from billet aluminum. Tomorrow, when I have time to write a bit, I will post a description of its functionality.

I'm starting to look for the aluminum block right now... now, if I only had a milling machine.

And the correct valve pressure and the appropriate modification to the engine sealing system to prevent oil leaks.

But I thought you were going to do something we could all buy... kind of a special part within the reach of mere mortals...... I thought it was this 5hp part that has been mentioned so many times...

Wishful thinking I guess...

Selling anything retail is simply begging for aggravation that I do not need, e.g., the last time I mentioned the gadget, I was almost lynched by a few Rennlisters who accused me of posting things for several years for the sole and exclusive purpose of ripping people off with this gadget.

Colin,

I beleive that the milling machine you need would have to be a CNC machine. Obviously the part was made at work or Robert has a very extensive workshop at home.

Robert did you write the program yourself?

I use to do that for a living myself when I was in my 20s ( CAD/CAM, Smart CAM) Think I still have some copies of the software around somewhere. Back in college again for Nuclear Medicine/Hospital Administration. Start my Radiography clinicals this Fall.
