Just thought I would share the great experience that my son and I just finished at the Mid-Ohio Driving School. It was our first experience at track driving and we learned a lot "safely". Took the 2 day course. Second day was all on the track with instructors leading us through 3 different sections of the track over and over until we learned the correct line. We were turned loose in the afternoon to lap by ourselves ans had a blast. My son took his Interga that we have ben updating for the last 3 summers and I took my 964 C2 that I bought in May. I have attached a picture of our cars duting a break on pit row.

What did I learn?

>How to control my car at high speed and what happens at the limit - spins!
>Kumho Ecsta tires (came on the car) don't seem to have much grip.
>A lot of people with cool cars do not want to track them. Cadillac CTS-V owner came and drove a school car. 996 Carrera owner drove a track car.
>Think I need better shocks that the stock Bilsteins and larger sway bars. I have H&R Sport springs but obviously need to do more. Your suggestions would be appreciated.

Anyone who has not taken your car to the track needs to do so!!!!
