Default It's Friday, what have you learned

Not much this week, except how to put on clear lenses, cut my bumperettes off and replace with clears, and how to install my euro plate.

what about you??

I learned that a leaking water pipe can make a HUGE mess in a basement and flood it quite quickly - that is how I spent my week.....and will spend this weekend.....and next week......

With the situations around the world, i learned that life could be cut short by some A**HOLE. So I'll take the P-Carfor a spin, enter into my own little world, and ENJOY!

Too many things to list them all but with regards to Porsche's.
1. The warning lights do work as designed. Just because it came on doesn't mean the washer fluid isn't empty. I worried that the indicator was faulty. I added fluid and oddly enough, the light went out.
2. I really like driving this car. Drove the other nameless, droid last night. I was bored.
3. Lots of smart people here with contrasting opinions. I wish we could just have a arm wrestling match to declare a winner. That way I could buy a chip mod without worrying that I've spent $400 for nothing.
4. That we are never satisfied. Driving a 91 C4, one would think I should be content with the speed, acceleration and handling, yet I yearn for ROW M030 springs and new shocks and more speed.

I learned that if you're gonna try to start your car using ETHER in a can(on a carburated car), don't place the can on the battery....it may be bumped by your elbow, fall sideways and complete the circuit between the + and - on the battery and explode. Burning your arm/chest/face with second degree burns. I took care of a guy that did this last night (I'm an ER Doc).

I learned that a failed water softner will make a brine mess of your garage floor
I learned that even old men like myself get stared at by hot young women when in a 911 cab lol
