Default Source for amber turn signal bulbs?

Per this boards recommendation, I upgraded to the clear turn signal lenses, really nice look, but I need to change the clear bulbs to amber-Can I get replacement bulbs at an auto parts store? Thanks everyone in advance!

Most auto part supplies should carry them, they are very common.

Yes, you can get these at most autoparts stores or online.

I have 2 from my RSAmerica; if you can't find them send me a PM and I'll mail them to you.

Or, if you prefer to keep the clear look and still have an orange bulb when lit, you can consider these:

I purchased the SilverStar bulbs for my newly-installed clear signals at the local Autozone, $19 for a pair. Kinda pricey compared to regular 1034 bulbs, but definitely worth it for enhancing the appearance of your clear lenses. Invisible against the reflectors when not in use, they cast a lovely amber hue when in use.

No luck finding the amber side markers or the right amber bulbs locally, I'll try online. Thanks

Default One of my favorite mods so far!

I found the right bulbs after combing through enough autoparts stores, and finally, I got the amber side bulbs as well as the turn signal bulbs. The look is very Euro yet U.S. When the Silverstars light up, they really compliment the side markers. I have also upgraded to Silverstar headlamps, so it really has an updated look...who would guess this car is 15 years old! I'll post some pics for those who have not yet went for the Amberectomy. I love this car!

I have seen the Silverstars in my local autoparts store, but what is the part number? There are at least three different part numbers and the bulb book they have is no help. I need the part number for the turn signal and also for the side markers.

Thanks...

Default Silverstar bulb info fellas:

ends in 57...sorry, threw away the package already. Be sure they are dual filament, if you take the old bulb with you, matching is pretty simple.

Sylvania has a replacement guide, you enter the make and model year and it spits out a page with all the bulb style numbers.

I like the Philips version, PY21W at ambulbs.com. Didn't think to look at Walmart.

Also, the side markers should look amber as well...what bulb do you use?

Thanks...

Default Got mine here

I tried superlumination; order 2 days ago so I've not received the bulbs yet. They were 2.99 for the 1157 (turn signal), and 2.99 for the 194 (Side marker) bulbs. Not a bad price, so I got 4 of each. total was just under 27 with shipping.

Yes- they are silver/amber, so they should flash amber when activated.
