Nice car-one request...
Can you post some additional pics of the rear spoiler on your car? I'm considering adding a turbo rear fixed wing, but I don't want it to overpower the lines and or look of my narrow body C2 Targa. So I am either going turbo or RS style. Thanks

Did you mount to your C2 decklid? What was need extra part-wise? gasket and added brackets, as well as extra shock? Is the Black edge rubber ot fiberglas painted to look like rubber? Thanks a lot for the pics-But what the hell was that x-ray of???? Looked like somebody swallowed bolts & barbed wire!

964N- that was what allowed me to get the 964. I was in a motorcycle crash last year, almost to the day (July 16th) and had to have my pelvis put back together with the chain link you see.
As far as the tail, it was on when I got the car, but I did replace the seal just after I got the car. The lid is the stock lid, still with the electrical plug not wired correctly to avoid the idiot light going off; i'll fix that some day. The tail is genuine Porsche, so it's probably a turbo tail from mid-late 80s cars. 930 looks like the same tail. The black piece around the tail is in fact rubber, not plastic painted. I have got stock struts on the deck- seems to be fine so far- the tail is fiberglass and the screen is just freakin chicken wire; also on my list to replace. When I replaced the seal, there were just a few clips (6 or so) holding it to the deck, and I think the kits I've seen have all mounting hardware and screen, etc. Try MidAmerican motorworks or automotion.
They sometimes have them here on the classifieds board also.
Good luck; let me know if you need more pics.

You will find the screen cost almost as much as the tail! On my old car I found a metal screen door guard that I painted and cut to fit and it looked great.
