Default Sad day



Sold my 2005 Yamaha YZ 250 (Aluminum frame 2 stroke Motocross Motorcycle) The Porsche (kinda) fills the void but Im going to miss the bike(injury forced sale). Struggling with not being able to ride/race Moto but @ 44yrs I guess its time.

Sorry to her that. I had to sell my Duke 748SP 'cos I could not import it to the USA from UK, but hey the 964 does fill the gap somewhat!

Banker- that's how I got the 911- very bad crash (2nd time) and I'm done riding. both were extensive and I was in a wheelchair for 12 wks both time.

Sorry you had to give up one passion, but hopefully this will help fill the void.

I understand Banker......I just turned 70.....Riding seem's to keep one feeling young.....went from cruiser's to sport....with the Busa....A real Rush!!!...have been riding for 54 Yr's....took a bad spill on a dirt bike on pavement... the mind is willing but the body....well AGE and INJURIES have a say....I know it is about time for me also. Hope you heal soon.

Thanks everyone! Im being a woooosey about it I know but I raced Pro when i was younger and have ridden motocross my whole life. My Porsche (1971 911) got me thru it last time and Porsche (1991 911) will do it for me again! Actually going to a big motocross race this week in Mammoth Lakes for Vacation (glutten for punishment I know) JUST A SPECTATOR.
Even cleaned the garage today(big space gone from bike) wife and kids thought it was Mothers day lol
