OK, maybe it's just me, but I'd never do that to my car, even if I could. OUCH.

Good car control. It takes a bit of practice that...

I'd like to try that one day, if it knackers the clutch and tyres then so be it.

However there are places to try this kind of thing, and a road with cars and people in close proximity is not the place!

As long as the tires are spinning then your clutch is going to be fine. You can see where the clutch was engaged, then he started the toss the car around. You want to have some fun? Try it in an AWD car! It's a higher break-free speed and a quicker rotation speed to keep it coming around. Did it a few times in the rally-car on spent tires. E-Z to get dizzy, you feel kind of silly when you're done.

I save doing that for the winter, less wear on the tires and no stress on the clutch.

This and other movies are in the Images/Media section of my site. Scroll down to Movies and check out Harris, shredding the tyres on his 964 C2.

Superb!! And no LSD either by the looks of it! Great car control and a lesson for us to become more skillfull drivers! I would have preferred the people to be a bit further back.... but hey, bravo that man.

I never did a burn out but only a 360 with 100 km/h on a wet track. More luck then wishdom but it was great.
