Has any rennlister in the US ordered any parts from www.design911.com? I ordered some parts a month ago and nothing has appeared on my doorstep. They won't return my emails. Has anybody else had a bad experience with them or is this normal. My credit card was charged. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

If you can't get them by phone and they won't return emails.. I'd still let it go for another week or two. If you don;t receive your parts by then I'd call your credit card company and have them delete the charges from your account.

I bought a cup holder from them about a year ago and had no difficulty. I did call them, rather then try using email. They were pleasant and helpful on the phone. I seem to remember it took about a week for the item to show up. Try calling them, you might have better luck then by email.

There have been a few reports of them being less than responsive although, in their defence, they have always been good in my dealings with them. They are very dependent on Karl Chopra and if he happens to be away things often get left. I'd also advise a phone call - talk to Karl and I'm sure he'll sort you out.

I've had a load of stuff from them to Taiwan and the parts have always arrived within the week of ordering. Only one order had the wrong part which they promptly re sent and credited me once I had returned the original to them. Pretty good in my experience

They're just a couple of miles from me and I've been there a few times.. My experience is that the service you get depends a lot on who happens to be in the shop at the time.
