Tom-do you have any completely stock (stock heat exchangers, cat, primary, secondary) runs to compare with? Assuming 15% drivetrain loss, with stock fwhp at 250, stock rwhp would be 212.5, no? So this would mean that 230rwhp with only a secondary bypass means fwhp of 270? I didn't think having just a secondary bypass could give that much extra power. Do you have a chip or remap?

I've been out of town and didn't see the additions to this thread until now ...
Chris: No, my car came to me with a secondary bypass (I told the PO I didn't want the secondary). I have no data for the fully stock exhaust. My goal was the most hp I could get and still meet Laguna Seca sound restrictions. I tried two different primaries with fabspeed headers and in all cases failed sound (not to mention the reduced hp with one setup. So, given that I wasn't interested in spending even more money to do a custom chip, I went back to the semi-stock configuration that was best for my use.
