964 headlight removal
Hi list:
I am trying to remove and clean a headlight lens on my '91 C4 cab. I have removed the single exposed phillips screw located at the bottom of the bezel, but nothing will move! Neither the bezel or the light lens have loosened a bit. I don't want to use brute force for fear of damaging something. Am I missing a step?
I see what appears to be a black seal around the bezel between the bezel and the body. Could the bezel just be stuck to the seal, or am I missing something entirely?
Thanks for your collective help.

Look in your manual. There is section talking about the headlight assembly, and how to remove it.
I believe there are three more screws after you removed the outer trim ring.
I plan to do the same but did not get around to clean them yet.

John;
Most likely it is a little stuck, there is a small flange at the top of the fender to support the trim ring, if you can pull and lift from the bottom of the trim ring. Once the ring is off, you have 3 phillips fastners holding the lamp assy in place.
