Question Torque value needed

Since I don't have the little spec book, and my shop manual is away loaned to someone, I really need to see if any of you can help me find the correct torque value for the nuts holding the heat exchangers to the heads. TIA, Horst

Thanks Kevin, just in time. I was just going to put the exchangers back. Had taken them down, because of my stupid use of silicone sealant to holsd the rings up while installing. Killed the O-2 sensor, so I took it all apart and detail cleaned to remove all traces of silicone. Did not want to kill the new one that should be coming from PP this week. Kinda pricy. BTW, instead of using your idea of tape to hold the rings up, I used a tiny bit of super glue gel on each ring. That seemed easier.
