Unless there are other problems, such as the stroke of the master cylinder is different or length of the operating rod different etc., you might get a harder pedal that is more to your liking with the 964 unit. Also I imagine the 993 booster unit is $$$$ unless used.

I guess I would get better "feel" with less servo assistance which points towards the 964 servo so I think I may go with that first unless there are tecnical problems that mean its easier to use the 993 servo. I could always fit the 993 servo if the 964 unit is unsuitable.
I should know Monday if there is a coupling available from the brake people to allow the 6mm 964 lines to connect to the 10mm 993 MC, if not they will have one manufactured!
