Default 17" Work Brombacher Wheels

Hey guys,

Got a set of 17" Work Brombacher wheels that came off of a '89 C4 without using spacers. Offsets are +47 (front) and +48 (rear), and the sizes are 17x7" and 17x8.5" confirmed by stickers in the barrels. Centers are painted and lips are polished and still have "Brombacher" etched on them. They clean up fairly nicely, but definitely have scratches on the faces and a little curb rash. I just prefer my OEM Cup 1s. Asking $1800 plus shipping and 3% Paypal fees.

Also have a set of 17" chrome Borbet replica Cup 1s. They're pretty rough, but straight. Would work out as a good candidate for refinish, winter rollers, etc. Sizes are 17x7.5" and 17x9". Offsets are 55mm and 47mm, front and rear, respectively. They've got a set of Falken Ziex ZE950 A/S tires on them currently with good tread. Manufacture date "5213." Asking $350 plus shipping and 3% Paypal fees.

Final item is a set of clear corners (Part No. 964-631-409-00). No cracks, a little patina, but no major blemishes. These seem pretty coveted, and I think they are NLA from Porsche, but I just like the amber corners better on my car. $SOLD$ plus shipping and 3% Paypal fees.

Pics will be up as soon as possible.

Thanks,
Jon

any opinions on which muffler is better to delete? The main muffler was one on my list to remove because of the weight. But The G pipe seems just as common a mod. Is the sound dramatically different by removing one vs the other? Does one drone? What about the weight removed?

secondary muffler is as heavy as the primary.

g pipe will give you more of a growl. Primary is more tame.

Default FS: Fabspeed RSR Exhaust

Hey guys, I'm considering letting my Fabspeed RSR system go to pursue some other interests. It was used for one season and has between 2-3k miles on it. It is the no-heat option, which I prefer because it cleaned up the engine bay and in my honest opinion the car seems to run cooler without it. However I drove the car in 20-30degree temps and was never cold, the car seems to generate enough heat to keep you warm.

Comes with everything you need to bolt up and go.

So you get all of:
Headers
Muffler
V-Band Clamps + Associated Piping
Muffler Bracket + Straps
Block off plug for driver outlet
Fabspeed Rolled Oval Exhaust Tip

Currently on the car as I'm on the fence at the moment, but here are some pics I found on my phone.

2100 picked up in NY

Lots of threads in the archives about this subject.

Primary Muffler 23.5 lbs
Cup primary bypass: 7.75
Weight saving bypassing primary: 15.75

Secondary Muffler 23.25 lbs
Cup secondary Muffler bypass: 3.75
Weight saving bypassing secondary: 19.5

Catalytic Converter and shielding: 16
FVD brand muffler type Cat bypass: 8.25
Weight saving bypassing Cat with FVD: 7.75

source: https://rennlist.com/forums/964-foru...tml#post160097

More importantly, here are the flow rates for the individual sections of 964 exhaust:
Section Flow Rate (CFM)
Catalytic Converter 442
Primary Muffler 396
Secondary Muffler 462

source: http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsc...ml#post6007799

The most restrictive component is the primary muffler so it follows that removing it will be the most effective. Some prefer the sound of the primary bypass with stock secondary. Others prefer the sound of the stock primary and secondary bypass.

FS: Door felt strips, outer - Sealing for Door Slot
911-531-295-40 (L)
911-531-296-40 (R)
The 964 PET says they're for Targa/Cabrio, but I can confirm that they did not fit my '91 Targa (too short, clips in wrong positions, but the Coupe felts fit perfect). Likely will work on a Cab, though.
Paid $84 (repro), asking $50 shipped.
