Flachbau, nice site!! Hope is ok to post some photos from there, if not let me know and I will remove the links. Here are two images from Flachbau site that show the lips a bit more clear.

Do you have any photos of the lips uninstalled? What are the dimensions of the lips? Will they fit a narrow-body? I have several gallons of Dow Corning T-4 RTV silicone that is used for casting polyurethane pieces. I need to use the RTV for something before July and we could easily get 50-75 pulls from the molds. If PMNA is asking for a lot of $$$ it might be worth trying.

Did anybody notice that some of the Flachbaus had vents in place of the fogs that copied Garrett's mesh screen idea? Good work, Garrett.

The wide body trays are a different shape than the narrow body trays. That being said I don't know if the lips, which sit on the front of the trays, would fit or not. I assume lips could be made to fit a narrow body under tray. I don't know where you would get a photo of the lips uninstalled unless someone wanted to deconstruct their under trays. That may not be likely.

Those 'bow windows' as the Germans call them are actually from the 3.8RS as well - the little metal screens are stock 3.8RS bits.
