Brake calipers the same.........
Hello everybody,
Last week I replaced one of my brake calipers for a other used one that was in much better shape.
Now I have one on the right rear who's codom is broke.
The question is, does fit a front caliper from the right side on the rear side right?? [I have a original 964 C2 with Brembo calipers in black]
When I look and see the distances it could be the same size.
Are there also repair sets for new condoms, and is thi easy to do, or better replace the whole caliper???
Thanks for some answers,
Arjan

Right front to right rear? No, The calipers are physically the same size but hydraulicly different. Here is a pic of a repair kit. They are available at a Porsche dealer.

O.k. Bill,
Thanks for your answer, I tought the brake pressure difference was reduced somewhere in the brakelines and not in the caliper.
I will order a new repairkit tomorrow.
Have a nice day Bill, and all the others who read.
