Post Difficult to start

I've had this problem for years but never could think of an explanation. If I've driven the car and then leave it standing for a period of approx.15-25 mins. I have difficulty starting the car.The car starts alright but it takes a few cranks as apposed to the usual instant start-up.If I start the car before 15 mins or after 25 mins then I do not experience any problems. What causes this?
Thanks

It could be a number of things. Do a search using the terms "hot" and "start" or "restart" since it's usually referred to as a hot restarting problem. My C2 had it, and it was a weak battery and bad transmission ground strap.

It could be one of many things that is causing this. It could be a fuel mixture thing - Try checking the Head Temp Sensor, & the O2 sensor. Also make sure both your coils are working OK.

If not already try searching the archives - hot starting problems has been covered a few times in the past!
