Hi ,
Boy do I love this forum!
My rubber strip that seals the rocker panel to the body has shrunk. Where would you order that part and does anyone know the Porsche order number? The same rubber seals the triangular shaped piece that is just infront of the rear wheels.
Also, does anyone know of a way to seal/patch a small rip in a cabriolet roof?
Thanks alot!

Bought the rubber strips from the OPC recently, but not sure where I have the receipt with the parts numbers, they were cheap, and the guy needed about 30 seconds to find them on his system. For good threads on how to change, search for "side valence / ground effects removal" and "rocker panel removal"
Where is your rip in the cab top? I had 1-2 cm rips in the corners at the top of the B pillar which I fixed by adding a small canvas triangle to strengthen the corner (looks original), if it is elsewhere, you should probably fix or glue some canvas underneath the rip, and stich through both layers just the ripped part, or get a professional "saddle-maker" to fix it for you

Thanks to both replys, what at great forum!
My rip is about 10 inchs from the windshield above the passengers head. Glueing a patch sounds good for now...THANKS!
