Thanks for technical support Adrian, Bill, Jeff, .....
Guys,
Whe're in a happy position that guys like Adrian, Jeff, Bill and John give us technical support all the time.
The reason why I am writing this is that in the last couple of weeks a few times some of us, including me, needed technical help. But sometimes we think that we know more then they do.........
The guys from the technical support [named above]
save us a lot of money, a lot of time and bring us joy to work on our Porsches. Imagine if you have to run all the time to a P-car dealer and pay 80 $ an hour......
Some of us don't now much about technical things, no shame to those, and will need much more support. Some are technical educated and need a less help.
For me, I am technical educated, have a 18 years experience in different sorts of car technique and car brands.
So... some things are easy, some are "know hows"
In this topic I want to thank the technical support staff for their help.
I think that the most off you agree with me.
Thanks Guys,
Arjan B.

Totally agree. Adrian spent quite some time helping me out with my suspension upgrade.
Jeff also put in more than $0.02 worth
Thanks guys!
Cheers,
JW

I coundn't agree more! Frankly, I don't know how the three of them make time to moderate this board and the 911 board too. I have difficulty making time to read all the posts, much less comment on them. That shows commitment and true sacrifice. Thanks guys!

Agreed!
These guys are great. The wealth of knowledge that they provide is invaluable to me as a "do it yourselfer". I'd also like to thank the other folks (non-moderators) that post their knowledge. There's quite an experience base out there and it's nice to have it all available in one location.
I find myself going to Rennlist for pleasure reading?! I guess that's the mark of a true "Porschephile". My friends and family are sick of hearing about Porsches, but I can't get enough.
Rennlist kicks a** (forgive my french, but it's true)!!

Thank you also, although I don't contribute, I have learned so much over the past couple of years. Kind of addictive also, check the news, check your mail and then check out the 964 forum (daily).
Greatful to be involved.

Please register my vote of support as well. I have pretty extensive 911 experience, but not much with 964s. This forum has helped me accelerate my learning curve with respect to the 964, its limitations, and its possibilities. You folks do an awesome job. Thank you!

First of all, NO PROBLEM...actually, THANK YOU for listening to my incessant rambling, endorsements and posts that could be construed as "tooting my own horn".
Actually, without Rennlist, and it's "willing victims" that provide the perfect venue for me to regurgitate my technologically inspired escapades...I have NO clue what I would do at night!!
Really, thanks go out to all of you who support Rennlist, whether it be with your membership fees, technical know-how or just sharing your crazy episodes of what we fear the most...gettin' SMOKED by a Honda!
...and to you guys who keep the questions coming, you're just as much to blame for the success of Rennlist.
If it weren't for you, I wouldn't have anyone that would listen to me!!

Interesting comment...us 'victims'. Yes, misery loves company and that's where you moderators fit in. I wonder if you guys secretly get together and laugh at us. I can just see it:
"Hey Adrian, did you get a look at what that last guy said about his oil leak? What a goober!"
Or: "Can you believe that other one who asked about what kind of 911 antifreeze he should use?"
Seriously....we've all benefitted from their contributions. I can offer a monster 'thank you' to Adrian for his true interest and commitment to helping me find the 'ghost' last year.
You gentlemen are the best!

Three Wheelin'
Yes- I will add my thanks for all the help I have received from all four (and others on this board).
As a relatively new 964 owner (since November 2002), I learned so much and fixed a couple of small nagging faluts in my car (my HVAC was my latest fix- $350 for "used" part + 1 hr of my time vs. $1,800 at dealer for new part + installation. I fixed it myself with the help of John and Jeff, and other users (including RandellG)), and Adrian and Bill have offered a wealth of info on these cars as well!
Thanks guys!
Andrew
