Default Moisture under window seals

I wasn't prepared for this at the start of my first complete week-end in a long time. Whilst stroking my car I just discovered that there's moisture under the window seals front and back. I couldn't believe it at first since the car has been in the garage for more than a month now. Reality kicked in very quickly and left me staring at small water drops that I pushed out from under the seal. The good news is that the white cotton cloth I used to kinda wipe under the seal is not colored after doing so. No visual traces of rust building up either after inspection with a spot light. Has anybody else experienced this phenomenum and should I do something about it? The most drastic solution would be to take front and back window out and check for signs of rust and put them in place using the proper glue. Risky undertaking as I've read that they break easily. Any thoughts or words of support are welcome. Did somebody ask for a problem...?
