The Clarion one is the top photo. I've installed mine in the same fasion, but wedged one of the rear floor moats over it too.

Hmmmm...I think I could bolt a car-seat on top of that...

I'll bet it sounds great but isn't a flat 6 the best sound of all?

http://www.autoacoustics.com/sbn-p911.htm

Have a look at this £319 for the two enclosures plus cost of SUBS may not be too bad.
Plus wonder what cost would be to get matching carpet.

Where to put the amps??? Have a 4 way amp under drivers seat ( Other porsche electronics stuff is under passenger side)

69 - I wonder if those would hinder seat travel. From ERC94's post #15 of this thread, you can see that there isn't much room between the seats when they're all the way back. I keep both seats at the back of the track, so this might not be the best solution for me - and maybe other tall folks.
Interesting, though...

Hi all

I have this set under the drivers seat, but its an aftersale recaro sport-seat without electrical equipment. The subwoofer is a bit to big, so it comes a bit to rear seats.

Sound improvement is fine, even if I think that in a C4 there will never be real good sound - except the motor :;-)

Will it fit behind the rear panels? Say at the bottom. Isn't there about 3 inches of clearance in there? If so, I'd be interested in looking at it.

Default JVC sub

I installed one of these (JVC CS-BB2), under my 1991 C2 Cab drivers seat with no modifications required. Its held down with a webbing strap and fastex adjuster. It's actually a ski pole strap. The webbing is attached to the seat rail mounting bolts so no new holes. It even has a wired remote that is accessible under the front of the seat so that you can adjust the base level. Real happy with it.
