Post Pilot Bearing Confusion !@#$%^&**(

Hi All,

I'm a bit confused on which Pilot Bearing to use. I'm doing a LWF conversion and did some research, according to a write up from (www.p-car.com/gearfaq/) to use Pilot bearing part # 931.102.111.00
now I check with Performace Product and they say to use Pilot bearing part # 928.102.111.02.

The car is 90 911 C2 changing from DMF to a LWF,Turbo PP.

Thanks again

931.102.111.00 is used for the '89 964 flywheel and the 964 RS flywheel. 928.102.111.02 is the current 928 pilot bearing.

Might seem an odd question but
which one would I use?

I have a 90 911 C2 coverting to a LWF

Sorry trying to make sure I get the right parts

Pilot bearing usually matches up to the flywheel it goes in. If you're using the 964 RS flywheel, I'd use the 931.102.111.00 bearing. If you're using someone else's LWF then you might arrive at a different answer.

I just used the 931.102.111.00 number for an RS LWF Bill gave above and it's the one you want <img border="0" alt="[burnout]" title="" src="graemlins/burnout.gif" />

Yup, I looked up the boxes that I have stored in the attic and came up with the 931.102.111.00 Part# as well.
