Post Air Conditioning

Dear Sir(s),

Can you please advise what is the model for
the compressor used in a 964 and is it possible
to renew rather than replace one? The one in
my car is leaking badly and need possible replacement.

I have one out of my 93 RS America if you're interested. Check my ad for the part numbers.

Felix:

For a '92 and older 964:

-Repair kit magnetic clutch, 930-126-904-00.
-Repair kit connection-suct.+press.tub, 964-126-902-00. I presume this is for the seals, but you should verify with the dealer prior to purchasing.

For a '93 and newer 964:

-Repair kit magnetic clutch, 930-126-904-01.
-Repair kit connection-suct.+press.tub, 964-126-902-01. Again, I presume this is for the seals, but you should verify with the dealer prior to purchasing.

Good luck!

Felix,

Are you going to do the rebuild yourself? If so I'd like to come over and watch the operation.

Cheers
Mark

Dear David,

Thanks for your help. I'll check with the local
dealer to obtain the parts for rebuilding.

Hi Mark,

Yes I am going to both get a second hand compressor (if possible) and rebuild the compressor as well. Please advise how I can contact you. My phone # is 91025091.

BR,

Felix.
