You will find the doorpanels at www.betterbodiesmotorsport.com I bought mine from them and it is good stuff.
Sparco Evo2 bolt straigt in using Sparco universal sliders and sidemounts, you just need the belt latch bracket from the RS, Porsche part # 964.521.065.00. and costs $15
More info here....

Mac,
I got the Sparco seats from a dealer in Sweden (my home country) and had them airfreighted to the United Arab Emirates. Yes, the rear seats came out.

Jeffrey,
Actually no, the seats in the RS and CS are unique designs by Recaro for Porsche. The Recaro SPG's cost about twice as much as the Sparco's and require special sidemounts and sliders that cost an arm and a leg. If Mac is just after an RS look I'd go for the Sparco's but first of all try them. I'm a 33-34 waist and the Evo 2's are a great fit if you use the car for not only track, for track use only the Evo would have been a tighter and more suitable seat.
