Talking Track vids from Donny

Hi all,

Here's some video footage from a trackday i did at Donnington on Sunday the 14th of November. Its a fantastic circuit & really good fun to drive around. My friend Sam went too in his modified Audi S2 Coupe (formerly mine!)

Audi S2 : AP brakes - Koni adj suspension - 280bhp, 375lb/ft @4krpm +100hp NOS - Toyo Proxes
My 964 : Standard - Porterfield front pads - Kuhmo 712's - tired dampers!

This video is from the audi following my 964. It was my first session of the day. You can see my tyres giving up quite easily under power - they're pretty hopeless on the track. My dampers are next on the list to be replaced . . . anyway its sunny and you can watch a 964 (pretty closely at times!) going round and round donny

This video is Sam quite aggressively managing to catch me up, then follow me for a few laps. On his way he manages to get past quite a few cars including 2 modified imprezza's.

cheers,

yes, Windows Media Player cannot play this one by the looks of it. If you have a DVD player then the software for that will be fine. I do no thave this at work so will have to try it at home maybe....shame because I really wanted to have a look at it at lunch...

Sorry about this guys. You need the latest version of media player - or you could download 'ffdshow' a pack of codecs which install as plugins to media player. Or as i said any windows dvd player should do it too.
I won't use .mp4 format again

Great video, Makes me want to go to the track right now! I noticed that the C2 tward the end of the video seemed to be holding you up. When I was looking in your rearview I could see the other racers lined up behind you once you got behind the C2. Great footage. Duncan
