Attached are pics of my 1990 GP White Targa. I can't wait for spring so I can take some nicer pics. Winter project was maintanence and I put clear corner markers on it.

OK, since Cobalt has been waiting patiently, I put my car back together and pulled it out of the garage today. I submit for consideration my '92 Cup:

Yeah yeah rub it in !! Love the seats. BTW, your steering wheel looks fairly small, it must be a pain at lower speed.

Wow, Charlie. Wow! If it didn't all die with the 964, then certainly all else is greatly diminished.

Looks great Charlie. Is that the original livery? I think I spotted one like it in the Carrera Cup DVD.

Lower speed? What's that then?

Yes, you are right. It's a little too small and is hard work at slow speeds. I'm thinking of changing to a slightly larger Momo but haven't decided which to go for.

This one is perfect!
Porsche original CUP steering wheel, AKA Momo with a Porsche logo.

Thanks! Yes, I have a big spot in my heart for the 964.

Yes, original livery as per the '93 Supercup. The car was run by Obermaier racing and driven by Andreas Fuchs in the '92 German Carrera Cup and the '93 Porsche Supercup. You see the car in pics and video of both series. There are also several pics of it in the Porsche '93 Sport book (one shown below - oops!). My avatar is taken from the Porsche '93 Supercup DVD intro scene and is of the car.

When I bought the car last year, it arrived from Germany in all white. I recreated the graphics based on pics and a model of the car. I did the drawing, vinyl cutting & preparation, and install myself back in December.

Except for the Shell logos, Pirellis, J&Ms, Pagids, Obermaiers...

Charlies car does look great in person. I think it will really stand out at the track this year. Hopefully we will get some good pictures of the 2 of us dukin' it out with some other cups.

Are those forgeline wheels? Very nice, how great it is to own a piece of porche CUP history.

Do you have a set of wheels like in your picture (ala 3.6)?
