Thanks Peter. At the moment I've only got a low res PDF version that I can e-mail. The best one I've got is too big (45 Mb) to e-mail. I'll see what I can do to make it more manageable.
In the mean time, anyone who wants the low res version (only 2 Mb) can PM me their e-mail address.

No need to contact me any more for an e-mail version because Bill has replaced the link in the first post with one to his Rennlist page so you can all download it again
