Default WTB used Porsche Prince child seat in UK ( or similar?)

Hi.

The little 'princess' has outgrown her chair, rather suddenly. Need a 964 rear- seat-freindly car seat before next weekend! ( For 9 months old onwards)

Anyone got one lying around that they could flog me? After scraping the vomit off, of course..

Johnny, Unfortunately for you the seat does have Porsche written on the front.
The picture shows the top bolster upside-down.

EEK!

That's going to look a bit pretentious in the N/A subaru! Worse problem is going to be my wife's objection to the teddy bear motif - she's a contemporary textile designer..

Ah well, have agreed a price, and the porker can now carry a family of 3 and a dog in style to a wedding next weekend.. :-)

We use the Porsche prince [Modell 2003] black and red/grey coloured, it is a great child seat till 4 years of age. We use it in the 964 ande my wife takes it into the Jeep also. Great and handyseat for a fair price.

It doesn't have Porsche on the bolster.

Nowt wrong with dogs in Porsches. Oue 1st litter was conceived after a 240 mile round trip in the Porsche, 2hrs there 1hour back

You put a dog in a range rover?

Yes Jim, medium sized lab-collie cross in passenger footwell..she's used to it.
Leather's pretty good for dog hairs, compared to cloth..

Anyone have any experiences putting a different kind of car seat in the back of a 964 Cab?
I like the Porsche Prince but my wife does not think it looks as safe as the new seats with the 5 point harness.

Dog definitely goes in the Range Rover, he's a 10 stone Bull Mastif and he goes nowhere near the Porsche as he'd destroy it!

OK...newbie question (I've been trying to do some searches, but, the search engine seems to be broken). Is it possible to add rear seats to a '93 C4 that has the shelf?

Is it difficult? One way street (i'e can't be undone/very evasive surgery)? Safe?!?

I'm guessing the necessary holes / framework is under the shelf somewhere...not that I'm planning on doing it anytime soon (or even have the car yet for that matter -- 41 hours to go!!)

Search engine is back soon, apparently.

The only 964 that has a shelf, not rear seats AFAIK is the RS/RSA..
Patronising, but it s not a stock C4 with the rear seats folded down?! If its a delete option, must be pretty rare.

Love the dog pics..first option prob raises the Cd a bit..

John Rygg - Tony Taylor's partner/wife/receptionist that I spoke to on the 'phone mentioned a Britax they have that fits in the back of a 964. Can't remember the model, and don't know if its 5 point or not..TT might be worth a PM about it..
