I just installed H&R 965 turbo springs on the front. Does it look a little too low? I went for a little test ride and it rode better than the original springs. Now I just need to put the 2 rear springs on.

Looks too low only because rears arent installed yet from the photo!

What struts are you using?

My Bilsteinns arrived just 10 minutes ago via UPS, so I had to remove from packaging and photo! LOL! Notice one of the collars is blackplastic/nylon and one is metal:

Aren't we missing one strut here or were you planning to install them on your son's tricycle.

I cheated and installed on stock struts to see what it looked like. Only took 1 hour to complete

Ronnie, do your H&R springs fit on the REAR stock struts?

Thanks Even though it was a bit of a hassle having to replace the springs again, it was nice to be ablel to do a direct comparison of the two types.

The dampers are yellow Koni sports dampers, 8641-1365Sport (front) and 8241-1122Sport (rear).

Cheers,

JW

Just for the record, as unlikely as it is that someone else might need to know...these 993TT springs (29 598 VA and 29 598 HA ) DID NOT work on my '89 C4. The rears lowered the rear of the car way too much on the Bilstein HD struts.
