My 90 C4 came without secondary muffler and the assosciated protection panels in the rear wheel arch.
Recently a rock was thrown up from the whell and caused expensive damage to the wheel arch - about 8 inches down from and level with the very back of the rear side window. All fixed now.
Now i want to buy and fit the protection panels - I cannot see how they are fixed but I suppose it will be obvious when I get the panel and hold it up in place.
I have PET and looking at illustration 801-50 and I see panel no 13 964 504 303 00 for the /H/L side (Left hand side) but cannot see a corresponding part for the /H/R right hand side.
Am I looking for a part that does not exist? Is it possible that 964s have no upper wheel housing protection on the Right hand side?
Thanks for the info, it seems there is no protection for the guard on that side so it will have to be a job for the local sheetmetal worker - yo make a sheild from ally - I cannot affoard the cost another body shop repair.
