The stock seats are like that for me as well.You could pad the lower middle cushion to raise it up a little. Also you might consider these:

i have the sportster version with the side boosters and I find them very comfortable relatively.

Mine weren’t comfortable until they broke my *** in. Now they’re fine and none of my pants fit right.

I had the same problem. I took out the seat and loosened the cover. This gives access to the metal bar that supports the seat bolster on each side. Using a pry bar I was able to bend the bar a little towards the outside, maybe 0.5 cm on either side. Now the seat is a lot better. It didn't have to move much. And the seat looks exactly the same.
