Yes, but the 993 (whom I have not christened yet) has certainly filled the void...

That was a sweet looking ride.
Tell me about the fogs. They look great. Were they an easy fit?

Yeah, really easy.. PIAA's.. I forget the model#, but they were a dual beam fog/driving.. just fit into the existing space.. there was a little extra room around the edges, but it was fine.. they secured into the top of the bumper cover with double stick foam tape and screws.. improved my life!

Sweet ride...

Quick Question: Where did you get the HID's 8000k
installed, or if you did it your self, what brand? Last but not least, did you loose your high beam control?

Thanks in advanced!

Default Opps.

I just realized the HID's are listed under your 993. Anyway, I'd still like to know.

And the Turbo wipers got me interested in this upgrade for myself, so I called Sunset and they said they could not distinguish between turbo/non-turbo wiper arms. There was an upgrade of 964 wiper arms in '92, and then another for the 993s. Perhaps you upgraded to 993s wipers?

Thanks again.

The 64 was nicely done Coleman! Let's see some photos of what you replaced her with.

After thinking about the wiper arms.. I remembered... The turbo arms have 2 springs for the 964 cars and the ones that were on my '89 had a single spring... I always wanted the 993 wipers, because they parked well, and looked much better, but they would never fit, there are large differences in how they work/park.. I got the HID's form a guy in Taiwan.. (hypertech ntbk@pie.com.tw ) really cool guy and amazing prices.. Osram/Phillips Ballasts etc.. I installed them myself.. incredible improvement over stock, then again they are mounted in the projector units in the 993..

Both are great cars, but I kind of like the RS, dare I say, better. I am sure the 993 is better driver around town. Man oh man, 964s have grown on me.
