I've on & off been trying to find a way to get a legit RUF front splitter for my 964. I occasionally think i've found a retailer, only to be told "out of stock". Finally emailed RUF directly and turns out this item is discontinued. Anyone have any intel on how best to find one in new, or "as-new" condition?
I know that a few still exist in the wild but the shops that have them won't part with them for anything less than a full build. I regret that I threw out a slightly scratched one a few years ago when it was still possible to just order a replacement.
It is a really nice piece though, solid ABS that snaps nicely onto the bumper rather than some fiberglass piece you have to finish and paint.
There aren't a lot of good choices anymore, as post-Cultwerks the RS splitters have gone down in quality -- my friend ordered multiple sets trying to get a good pair but was unsuccessful.

I bought a pair from Rennspeed that were junk and didn't come close to fitting. When I emailed, he ghosted me. I'll never buy from Rennspeed again!
I’ve been asking RUF about this item for over year. I encourage everyone that’s interested to put on a request. Or maybe we should put in for a group buy to push the project along. I’d personally take at least 2 and maybe more depending on price.
I sourced one from Autobahn a few years back. Might be worth calling those guys or LA Dismantlers and let them know you're interested in it if one comes in on a car they're tearing down.
I have also heard the rumor that RUF may start producing it again. Maybe now that they finally established a US subsidiary/distributor, those who want them could start sending them messages of desire for the parts to be remade?
