Default Thoughts on DRIVEN DT50 oil better than most?

Hello air-cooled friends,

I don't hear much here about people using Driven DT50 oil. Custom-made for air-cooled engines. LN Engineering recommends it. It's expensive. I have been using it for a few years, high ZDDP .
Any thoughts.

If you’ve been using it what are your thoughts / experience with it? Any oil analysis? I’m thinking of switching to it.

Used to use Brad Penn and switched over to DT50 for the last couple oil changes. I don't have empirical proof, but it seems to me that my engine runs hotter with it, which is contrary to what I've seen LN write about the DT50

I like the idea that we have a oil that's custom made for our cars and not the one size fits all approach, Driven DT 50 is exactly that, with very high ZDDP and custom formulated for air-cooled engines, I have been using it for a few years in the engine and in the trans with a LSD. its a 15/50 weight oil, event Texas SPEED Motorsport that build monster LS based engines use only Driven motor oils as well as LN engineering on water cooled and air cooled. I'm very impressed. $12 a quart, it's pricey. You get what you pay for my friends. I was a Mobile one guy, again the one size fits all oil. Not for me.
