Looking for some advice/help on a project car that had been sitting for a while. I was looking for a project and this one fit. My thought was this was going to be a good father son project but I may have run into a problem.
I’m in Illinois and the car has a salvage title and after digging into process not sure if a guy in his garage can take a salvage title car, repair it and go get a rebuilt title so he can get it on the road.

Looking for advice from someone who has brought an old car back to life like was planning on doing
