Fog light, Lense Only?
I dont see much need to replace my entire foglight assembly, but one of the lenses looks like its dirty. Which it is not, have cleaned repeatedly. I am going to clear corners and want the flow to be as close to perfect as it can be and w/o a new lense it will look like crap. So any ideas?

Scott, I have a used bumperette you can have!!! Send me a PM if you'd like it! Alternately go to road&race and pick up some bumperette replacements...they are listed on Ebay all the time!

Maybe it is on the inside? It might be possible to cut the lense/glass away from the fog light assembley, as I think it is glued, and then glue it back into place. Otherwise, unfortunatelly, you have to replace the whole fog light. I had a cracked lense and did some research a few months ago. Couldn't find a way to get the glass/lense only, so I had to buy a new foglight. Anyway I also have one clear, the brand new, and then the misty old one. Annoying.

Scott,
Have you tried a breakers yard? You could try www.type-911.co.uk or www.desgin911.co.uk but both of them are in the UK.

After replacing one fog light due to a stone chip, I installed a plastic sheet covering called "StonGuards" on my fog lights and H-4's. Its made by 3M and is approx 1/8 inch thick. I have not had any stone chips or clarity problems since.
I purchased mine from Zims Autotechnick. They were $25 for the headlights and $20 for the fogs.

I bought my foglight from http://www.eurowebparts.com/. I'm installing the film on my headlights today.
Also just installed the new Sylvania SilverStar headlights today also. They look great! Brighter, whiter light. Three of the headlight attachment screws twisted in two as I was removing them. Had to drill them out and tap new threads but mission accomplished.
