ahhh.... 1976.
Not bad, not bad...
Further upriver (Heart of Darkness-style), into darkest jungles of retro 70's Porsche?: Pascha!
(Of course, there you'd risk being labeled, "without any decent restraint, totally beyond the pale of any acceptable human conduct")

Very vintage circa 1974 IIRC. Nice but Not sure. I have pics someplace of 74 911 with that in large stripes down the front hood.
The Pasha was offered on the early 911's I have seen a few but not many. Just like the jelly bean colors were standard on the 964, nobody ordered them and now they are all the rage. I had an 80 928 with nearly that exact interior. I called it the hangover car. You never wanted to get in it if you were hungover. The pattern moved and made you dizzy.

Many years ago we went to check out a house that some friends of my girlfriend had just purchased. It was a typical suburban split level 3 bedroom house. One of the bedrooms had been painted in a Pasha-like pattern. The entire bedroom! All 4 walls were hand painted in progressively varying black & white check pattern (op-art?). I *loved* it, I would have bought the house just for that but the new owners said the first thing they were going to do is paint over it. Yes it was intense but with some cool art on the walls to break it up a bit ... uh oh, gotta go to the store to buy some masking tape, paint & maybe something mood enhancing.
