Default Bergvill FX, great company, great guy

Just wanted to share this with the community.
Early this year (before COVOD) the spoiler controller in my car acted up (the spoiler would no longer go down on it's own)
This is a common problem and (one of) the solutions is to replace the spoiler controller
I did this and ordered mine from Bergvill FX.
Unfortunately it didn't work on my car, I contacted Tore Bergvill and eventually we agreed that his controller worked, but there was something "funky" with my car.
He needed a 964 from the same year (1990) as mine to figure out what the problem was. As he's in Norway he (obviously) couldn't troubleshoot on my car directly.
Well due to the limitations from COVID shelter in place that never came to pass.
In the meantime the module collected dust in my garage and I was worried that eventually I would misplace it (it's small).
So eventually I threw in the towel and asked if I could return the module for a full refund, and please remember that was 1/2 year after the initial purchase.
Tore acted like the gentleman that he is and after he received the module back, he issued me a full refund.
I know that all the money he refunded me will eventually find its way back to him, as I will certainly be buying more from him...

Tore is a 1st class guy all around. I posted about his remote door locking about 3-4 years ago. Prompt service and his products are reliable as a summer day is long.

Another plus for Tore. Helped with some HVAC issues, repaired an amplifier for my mom’s 987, gave my (newer) alarm module a clean bill of health. Great selection for the Continental radios and adapters as well, still enjoying mine.

Love the products I've received from Tore.
Did the full LED exterior lights as well as the lower console repair.
Looking to get the radio he offers with BT once stock comes back.
Shipping was a bit long as I did all this during the height of the pandemic/lock down.

Another first class recommendation and vote of thanks to Tore for his very knowledgable and no messing service. Sent off my rear spoiler controller to him after it started to play up. Within a short time it was returned fully tested and repaired. He has even developed a solid state version to replace the original version to provide a more reliable operation of the spoiler. His knowledge of many other electronic components in air cooled cars is legendary! Thanks Tore.
